Yihe Anshan Residential Development

The proposal is based on two development patterns- urban blocks and terraced landscape- mediated by a continuous green belt. These patterns take advantage of the opportunities of each of the site’s principal landforms. Our plan includes over 15,000 residential dwelling units in a variety of building types ranging from 30-storey towers to luxury single-family homes.

On the west hillside, is an exclusive residential precinct connected by a picturesque curving street, taking advantage of the unique opportunity to live in a landscape adjacent to a natural preserve.

At the southeast corner of the site our design also provides a setting for compact urban living with convenient access to services, retail and community activities typical of downtown settings.
